
Mentera Supports Ceredigion Businesses Through Cynnal y Cardi UK Shared Prosperity Fund
Mentera, a leading not-for-profit business support company with 35 years of experience empowering Welsh entrepreneurs, is pleased to be one of Ceredigion County Council’s seven delivery partners for the new Cynnal y Cardi UK Shared Prosperity Fund 2025-2026. This vital fund, launched by the Council, aims to stimulate economic growth and foster thriving communities across the region.
As a listed business support provider, Mentera will be instrumental in guiding businesses through the application process for a significant grant opportunity: the Cynnal y Cardi Business Capital Grant, offering between £5,000 and £50,000 based on 50% of eligible costs.

The process for interested businesses is straightforward:
- Initial Contact: Businesses can show their interest in the fund by contacting Mentera directly at busnes@mentera.cymru.
- Guidance and Support: Our team will assess your needs and provide tailored advice to help you with your application.
The grants will be open for applications on a first-come, first-served basis from June 16, 2025, to September 30, 2025, or until the fund is fully allocated. All funded activity must be completed and claimed by January 31, 2026.
